A 5-Year Commitment… eek!

I’ve never been very good at keeping a journal, having started and stopped many many times in my life.  I’ve found it easier to keep a small notebook and a pen in my purse for those random thoughts that I want to jot down and keep.

But I was intrigued when I came across this 5-year journal.

5-year Journal

Five years is a long time to commit to anything at all, let alone a journal.  But I’m up for the challenge!!!  I feel good going into this because they’ve made the whole process easier by asking just one question per day.  Essentially I think I’ll end up with a time capsule of the next five years of my life, and it’ll be interesting to see how some of the answers evolve over time.

A few of the questions are:

What is your mission?

If you didn’t have any responsibilities for the day, what would you do?

Write the first sentence of your autobiography…

What is your motto?

What are you running from at this moment?

It’s almost time to turn the calendar into June, so I might as well start today: Friday, May 30th.

Wish me luck! ❤
